Nature: Adament
Ability: Intimidate
Item: Rocky Helmet
EVs: 252 DEF 252 HP 4 ATK
Moves:
Will-o-wisp - Get the Burn and half the Physical Damage received
Flare Blitz - Awesome STAB move... yes there recoil but thats what Morning Sun is for
Morning Sun - To Heal up lost HP
Extreme Speed - A +2 Priority attack.... Why not
